Terms of Service — CRDigitalNetwork

1. About These Terms

CRDigitalNetwork ("we", "us", "our") provides free music distribution, an artist dashboard, YouTube channel management tools, free creator software, and free browser-based media tools (the "Services"). By creating an account or using any part of the Services — including the website's distribution wizard, dashboard, YouTube upload and analytics features, AI SEO tools, and the Video Converter — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account. By submitting a release or connecting a YouTube channel, you confirm that you are legally authorized to do so for the content and channel in question.

3. Your Music, Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all music, artwork, metadata, and videos you submit or upload through CRDigitalNetwork ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content for distribution, you grant CRDigitalNetwork a non-exclusive license to deliver, store, and display Your Content on partner streaming stores (such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music) for as long as your release remains active.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and clearances for Your Content, including for samples, features, cover recordings, and any background music or overlay assets you choose to use with the Video Converter.

Connecting your YouTube channel. If you connect a YouTube channel to CRDigitalNetwork, you authorize us to access the permissions you grant through Google's authorization screen (such as viewing channel analytics, listing videos, uploading videos, and editing video metadata) strictly to provide the features you use. You can disconnect your channel and revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

4. Free Distribution & Royalties

CRDigitalNetwork's music distribution service is free to use — there is no upfront fee to submit a release. Royalties earned from streaming and download platforms are split so that you keep 80% of net royalties, with CRDigitalNetwork retaining a 20% platform fee. Your royalty balance and history are visible on your dashboard.

Royalty reports depend on data provided by our distribution partners and may be subject to delays outside of our control. Payouts are processed once your balance reaches the applicable minimum threshold, as described on the Distribution page.

5. Free Media Tools

CRDigitalNetwork provides free browser-based tools on the Media page, including the AI Channel SEO Generator, YouTube Tag Extractor, YouTube Channel Analyzer, and Video Converter. These tools are provided "as is" and are available to all visitors, with or without an account, subject to fair-use rate limits to keep the tools available for everyone.

Video Converter. The Video Converter runs entirely inside your own browser. Your input and output video files are processed on your device and are never uploaded to, stored on, or cached by our servers. Background overlay and music presets we provide are hosted on our servers; any video you upload as your "main video" or "ad clip" is yours and is never transmitted to us. Because processing happens on your device, performance depends on your device's hardware and may fail on devices with limited memory — we are not responsible for conversion failures caused by device limitations.

AI-generated suggestions. Titles, descriptions, tags, and SEO scores produced by the AI SEO Generator are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing this content before publishing, and for ensuring it complies with YouTube's policies and accurately represents your video.

Estimates, not financial data. Figures shown by the Channel Analyzer such as estimated earnings are rough estimates based on general industry CPM ranges and are not actual revenue figures. Only the platform that monetizes your content (e.g. YouTube) can tell you your real earnings.

Voice Studio — Voice Recorder & Audio Enhancer. The Voice Studio page provides two free browser-based audio tools: a real-time Voice Recorder and an Audio Enhancer. Both tools process all audio entirely within the visitor's own browser using the Web Audio API. No audio recordings, uploaded files, or processed outputs are transmitted to, stored on, or accessible by CRDigitalNetwork's servers at any point. The Voice Recorder captures microphone input solely on the user's device; the Audio Enhancer processes uploaded audio files locally and the original file and enhanced output never leave the user's device. Users are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any audio they process using these tools, and for complying with applicable laws regarding the recording of conversations.

6. Watermarking

Videos produced using the Video Converter's editing workflow may include a small "CR MUSIC STUDIO" watermark, which is applied automatically as part of the free tool. This watermark is generated locally on your device.

7. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
Content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or violates the rights of others
Spam, fraudulent streams, fake engagement, or artificially generated playback
Content that violates the policies of our distribution or platform partners (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube)
Using the free tools (SEO Generator, Tag Extractor, Channel Analyzer, Video Converter) to abuse, scrape, or overload our servers or third-party services

CRDigitalNetwork may remove any release, disconnect any connected channel, or restrict access to the free tools where these Terms or partner policies are violated, with or without notice.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive repeated valid copyright complaints. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; this also disconnects any linked YouTube channel.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Services, including the free software and browser-based tools, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CRDigitalNetwork is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including delays or errors caused by third-party platforms, browser or device limitations during video conversion, or inaccuracies in AI-generated or estimated data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Services evolve. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
