1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or use our Services, we may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, country, artist/profile details, and avatar image
• Release information: audio files, artwork, metadata, lyrics, and credits you submit through the distribution wizard
• YouTube channel information: if you connect a YouTube channel, we access the data covered by the permissions you grant (such as channel statistics, video lists, and analytics) through Google's OAuth authorization, strictly to display and manage that data on your dashboard
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and device/browser information
• Royalty & analytics data: streaming and sales data provided by our distribution partners

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Our free browser-based tools on the Media page are designed to minimize what we collect:

• Video Converter: the video files you select — your "main video," "ad clip," or any custom background you upload — are processed entirely inside your browser using WebAssembly. These files are never uploaded to, stored on, or seen by our servers. Only the small background/music presets we provide (hosted on our server) are fetched by your browser.
• Voice Recorder (Voice Studio): microphone audio is captured and processed entirely within your browser using the Web Audio API. No audio data — live input or exported recordings — is transmitted to our servers. The microphone permission is requested directly by your browser; CRDigitalNetwork never receives raw audio from your microphone.
• Audio Enhancer (Voice Studio): audio files you upload for enhancement are processed locally inside your browser. The original file and the enhanced output are never sent to, stored on, or accessible by our servers. We do not collect, log, or retain any information about the files you enhance.
• AI SEO Generator, Tag Extractor & Channel Analyzer: the title, topic, video link, or channel link you enter is sent to our server only to generate a result (via our AI provider or YouTube's public data/API) and is not stored or linked to your identity. We apply temporary rate limits per browser session to prevent abuse, which do not identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your releases to streaming platforms and stores
• To calculate and display your royalty balance (80% artist / 20% platform split)
• To display your connected YouTube channel's statistics, manage uploads, and show analytics on your dashboard
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• To improve our website, software, and free tools
• To send important account and service updates

4. Sharing Your Information

We share release content and related metadata with our distribution partners (such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and other DSPs) solely for the purpose of delivering and monetizing your releases. If you connect a YouTube channel, we communicate with Google's YouTube APIs on your behalf, using the access tokens Google issues after you grant permission.

To power the AI SEO Generator, video titles/topics you submit may be sent to a third-party AI provider (Google's Gemini API) to generate suggestions; this is done without attaching your account identity. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g. hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations.

5. Cookies & Sessions

Our website uses session cookies to keep you signed in and to apply fair-use rate limits on free tools (for example, limiting how many SEO generations or channel lookups can be made from one browser session in a short period). We do not use these cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, release, and connected-channel information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, and royalty-reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your account, subject to retention requirements for financial records. Disconnecting your YouTube channel removes our stored access token; you can also revoke access directly from your Google Account at any time.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including keeping API keys and access tokens server-side and never exposing them to your browser. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
